“Pep Me Up” drink

As it’s school holidays here in Australia, it’s hot (& it’s going to get hotter) & I kind of feel sluggish, I made myself a “Pep Me Up” drink.

No, it wasn’t alcoholic (although I could have done with one or a few, over the past week). It was a Fresh Fruit Juice consisting of beetroot, orange, apple & carrot – all nicely juiced up in my Juicer.

It got me wondering, how do YOU pep yourself up, when you need a boost?

  1. Coffee or alcohol – LOL! Actually, when I need a PEP up it’s usually that my system is needing food. However, I did make a fabulous smoothie of banana, mango, strawberries, soy milk and ice cubes. YUM!
