A new Challenge for Me!

I decided to “take the plunge” & delve into the wonderful world of Challenges – well one Challenge at the moment. Hopefully this will get my Mojo up & running again.

This Colour Challenge was set by Just Add Ink – http://just-add-ink.blogspot.com – anybody is welcome to participate & so this is my first time to submit a card.

One of my downline – Melissa – had a recent death in her family & I made this card, as a Sympathy Card . She loves these colours (except Whisper White), but she loved the card all the same.

Stamp Sets: Tiny Tags & Just Believe

Ink: Whisper White, Crumb Cake, Old Olive & Rich Razzleberry

Other: Big Shot – Top Note Die, Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder, Polka Dot Embossing Folder, Old Olive 1.6cm Grosgrain Ribbon, Linen Thread & Jewellery Tag Punch

  1. Welcome to the world of challenges Margaret, you’re going to be hooked I’m sure!

Sympathy cards are difficult to make at the best of times, but you’ve done a lovely job here and mixed the colours perfectly.

Hope to see you at Just Add Ink again soon.

  2. This is a really lovely card, Margaret. I love how you’ve used the colours in the challenge. Beware – challenges are addictive!

  3. Hi Margaret, challenges are very addictive and a great way to expand on layouts and colours that you use. It is also a good way to see what other ideas are out there and meet new people. I am not sure if you remember me, but I attended one of your demonstration with my sister Rosalinda.

  4. Just gorgeous, Margaret. 🙂 I’m sure Melissa appreciated it. Congrats on participating in the challenge!

  5. Beautiful card Margaret, I’m sure Melissa will appreciate it. Well done on entering your first challenge!
